Alcohol-Wise JV is an online alcohol education course for high school age teens. This program is offered for individual referrals or it can be used as a prevention course for an entire student population.

Alcohol-Wise JV can be used as an educational tool before the student meets with a high school counselor. 3rd Millennium Classrooms can provide a Facilitator’s Manual to counselors with guidelines for conducting a motivational interview.
Alcohol-Wise JV can be completed at home on the family’s personal computer or any computer with Internet access. The school administrator receives immediate notification of course completion.
This 3rd Millennium Online Program features these crucial elements:
- 7 lesson, 3 hour online alcohol education program. The student can complete one or several lessons in a session and log in as needed.
- Age recommendation for teens 17 and younger
- Cost: the parent of the student can pay the course fee for individual enrollment or the school can pre-pay for entire student groups. Discounts are available for large groups.
- The student begins the course by completing a knowledge based pre-test and a confidential self-assessment that was created by our partners at San Diego State University.
- Audio narration, background music, appealing graphics, and challenging interactions engage the student in the subject matter.
- The student must receive a passing test score on the Final Exam to receive a Certificate of Completion.
