What if I lost or forgot my password?
Retrieve your password on our website at the
Forgot Password screen. If you still have problems,
email us for assistance.
What if I don't have an e-mail address?
There are numerous free email services. Some popular
options are Yahoo Mail, Hotmail, and Gmail.
If you need assistance, contact us and we will
help you with email options.
Can I send my enrollment payment by mail?
Yes, you can complete the Mail-in Enrollment Form
on our website.
Make sure this form is complete with
correct information including a valid email
address and the correct name of the court or
school and name of course.
What if I didn't receive my Completion Certificate?
Each student receives an email notification immediately
upon completion of the course. There is a link
in this email that will allow you to view and
print your course certificate of completion.
If your email address is inactive or this notification was sent
to your email SPAM folder, you may not receive this completion
notification.
You can always check the status of
your course completion by logging
in again to the course that you completed and
by navigating to your 'Course Home' page.
How can I reprint my original e-CHUG?
Login and navigate to your 'Course Home' page.
If you have completed the e-CHUG or e-Toke
assessment you will see a link with the option
to reprint your assessment results.
What if my Court is not on the FIND YOUR COURT list?
At your request we will contact the court on
your behalf to ask that our 3rd Millennium course be offered
as an educational option for your violation.
